- We will no longer be renting or reserving the club-room for parties/ gatherings. There have been several complaints of noise from other residents and the team finds the room very dirty. The club-room is an amenity and should be available for all resident use. Any residents found by staff and courtesy officer with more than 2 guest will be asked to leave and a lease violation will follow.
